A Bratt Pan is a heavy duty industrial  cooking appliance which is able to perform a wide variety of cooking functions: 

Braising, boiling, steaming, poaching, stewing, sautéing, roasting, deep-fat frying and shallow frying. 

Bratt pans are typically used in large catering, ready meal kitchens and food processing manufacturing sites as well as schools, hospitals or large staff canteens especially for producing large volumes of food. 

The word 'brat' means to fry, 

The heat source to the base of the pan is either gas or electric. 

All our Bratt Pans have a tilting feature, operated electrically or by a hand-driven mechanism.

Bratt pans are so versatile they can be used for a huge variety of foods and easily replace numerous other pieces of heavy kitchen equipment. 

Although bratt pans are generally large catering appliances, they can save vast amounts of space in comparison to individual appliances which can do limited kitchen tasks.

Whether you're browning meat, sautering onions, mushrooms with the lid open, or simmering Bolognese or any other pans are the ideal choice as start up machinery

The cost of gaining the specific cooling space, necessary in any catering place, is lower in the case of cold / freezer rooms than refrigerated or freezer cabinets! The cold room is a closed space with partition walls. 

 

The core of each partition wall is characterized with high thermal insulation and steam tightness. 

 

There is a stable controlled temperature kept inside that allows creating the conditions required for storage and preservation of different products. 

 

The production of cold / freezer rooms is mostly customized, adjusted to conditions on specific site as the shape of the space intended for installation or its floor type.

Available panels dimensions enable building a cold room with any depth and width. Height is determined by the panels width (2100 mm, 2300 mm, 2600 mm). Cold and freezer rooms are built with panels filled with polyurethane foam. There are panels of different thickness used for building the cold rooms, depending on the purpose. Panels are available in two thickness versions: 80mm, 100mm. It is possible to use partition walls inside, that enables making separate spaces.

 

finish options

The customer has got an opportunity of choosing panels finish, of which the cold room is consisted of. One of the option is coated surface in RAL 9010 colour or stainless steel finish. There is also a possibility to choose the cold rooms interior and exterior finish different from each other. The same choice regards cold rooms doors. In the cold / freezer rooms with own floor, there are two riffled floor types possible – aluminum or stainless steel. All interiors are finished with PVC white profiles.
