CASE SEALERS AND CLOSERS

Siat case sealers have multiple options for glue or tape closure as well as top or bottom sealing options. With speeds up to 1250 boxes an hour, which ever model you choose it will make a fantastic addition to any new or existing production line. PALLET STRETCH WRAPPERS

The Siat OneWrap is a semi automatic pallet stretch wrapper is a versatile machine for wrapping paletized loads with stretch film. The OneWrap replaces SW1 and F1 models, covering all market needs with one model.
The Siat ProWrap stretch wrapper is the new versatile and scalable turntable semi-automatic machine for intensive and demanding stretch film application, able to optimise film consumption and to guarantee full control of all wrapping parameters throughout the cycle.
The Siat SW2 Pallet Wrapper is the top of the range for high-demand application. The SW2 range are high specification, top of the range pallet wrappers.
The BeeWrap Advanced Semi-Automatic Mobile Pallet Wrapper Is the new mobile wrapping machine for palletised loads suitable for every shape, dimensions and weight using stretch film. Provided with a digital control panel that allows, in a very easy and functional way, the programs management and the wrapping parameters set-up.

PACKING STATIONS

Packing stations consist of a case erector, hand box filling station and case sealer in a single work cell. Designed to provide optimum ergonomics to the operator, they are the ideal solution for products that need visual inspection before packing and packaging operations where full automations is not feasible.
The PS100 Semi-automatic packing station that first erects cases and then supports them whilst they are manually loaded. Each case is then pushed by the operator into extended side belts and folding mechanisms, then through bottom tape heads creating an accurately sealed and closed box every time ready for dispatch.
PS50-tb Semi-Automatic Packing Station. The PS50-TB packing and taping station is made up of a box forming station with pusher cylinder and a sealing section with top and bottom driven belts suitable for packaging of various box dimensions. This section allows a large margin of boxes sliding height adjustment. The PS50-TB packing station provides boxes forming and sealing operations with adhesive tape through the simultaneous application of 2 adhesive tape stripes on the upper and lower boxes middle line.

Siat BeeWrap is the Advanced Semi-Automatic Robot Wrapper.

Siat BeeWrap is the mobile wrapping machine for palletised loads suitable for every shape, dimension and weight using stretch film.

It is provided with a digital control panel that allows, in a very easy and functional way, the programs management and the wrapping parameters set-up.

New Control Panel

Siat BeeWrap is equipped with a new control panel in order to pursue the same family feeling with the last product of the wrapping range: OneWrap.

The new modern design of the control panel offers at a glance the complete control of the wrapping cycle parameters.

It is possible to store up to 10 different programs avoiding human mistakes and saving time.

Moreover, the control panel can be locked improving safety standards.

The control panel is divided in 4 main areas:

- working mode section to set single or double wrapping mode

- parameters setting section

- interactive section to get messages, to give inputs and to manage some manual features

- power section equipped with start – stop – homing keys, power switch and emergency stop

The SIAT SK20 is a manually fed pre-set case sealing machine suitable to seal a wide range of case sizes up to 500 x 500mm, it is quick & easy for any operator to set up & run. Top & Bottom drive belts are utilised so both heavy and light cases are sealed without the cases stalling over the taping heads.

Siat OneWrap is a semi-automatic machine for wrapping palletised loads with stretch film.

It can be equipped with mechanical and electromagnetic brake (EM / M / FM) or mechanical and powered pre-stretch carriages (SM – 90% / LP – 240%).

It has been designed a sleek and modern control panel with understandable icons.

OneWrap can be programmed with 10 different programs, allowing consistent wrapping cycle for a given product.
