W.E. Depositing Machines
W.E. depositing machines have been developed in order to deliver precise doses of liquids even those which contain suspended semi solids.
The W.E. depositors range can accurately, as well as repeatedly, dose from 5ml up to an impressive 5,300ml with typical variance of less than 1%.
These machines are fully pneumatic in operation and the requirement therefore there is no requirement for electrical supplies in wet areas.
Applications include a variety of products such as; oil/vinegar based dressings, soups, sauces, ready meals, coleslaw, wet salads, yoghurt, hummus, cake batter, frosting, peanut butter, jam and much more.

The speed control is fully adjustable in order to suit your requirements.
Volume adjustment is also simple.
There is a readily available port for the external foot pedal / fill signal.

It caters for free flowing products including fine particulates

The mini-fill can achieve up to 100 fills per minutes depending on the product
Hopper capacity is 40 litres as standard
A range of stands are available - Low/Mid/High
