Deighton Electric Battering Breading Frying Line is suitable for processing Chicken Nuggets, Breaded and Battered Fish, Fishcakes and Fish Fingers, Crisps, Ethnic Products, Breaded Battered Sausages, Mushrooms, Tempura Prawns, Potato Cakes, and many other products.

EconoRobe:
The Deighton EconoRobe applies high quality coverage of numerous batters and marinades for a wide variety of products. The ease of switching batters between production runs increases efficiencies and productivity.
As the product travels along the conveyor it is fully submerged into a tank of batter. A weighted top conveyor assists to channel the product through the tank, ensuring the product remains immersed in the batter/marinade.
As the product leaves the tank an air knife removes excess batter, presenting the product for the next processing or packaging stage. A variable speed dial enables the operator to increase/decrease the speed of the belt as required.

EconoCrumb:
The EconoCrumb has been developed to make the automated process of crumbing formed or batter coated product accessible to the medium volume producer.
Designed to handle numerous types of crumb, the EconoCrumb unit enables the operator to enjoy maximum versatility. A single control panel operates the motorised conveyor transferring the product through the unit.
The conveyor is submerged in a bed of crumb, ensuring an even coating is applied to the underside of the product.
The conveyor moves the product through the crumb curtain showering an accurate coating to the remaining areas.The fully coated produce proceeds to pass underneath a compressing roller which gently compacts the crumb around the product.
In its final stage the fan blows the excess crumb from the product, presenting the product for packaging or further processing. The excess crumb is recycled through the auger and transferred to the hopper, minimising waste.
Simple & Smooth Operation: Operating from a three-phase supply, the EconoCrumb can be installed as a standalone production unit or as a link to the forming or batter coating process.

EconoFry:
With the ability to flash fry or fully cook all food products, the EconoFry completes the system. From chicken nuggets or chicken kiev, spring rolls or onion bhajis to fish fingers or burgers, the EconoFry system handles them all.
The versatile fryer enables the Food Processor to switch from the frying of tempura battered products to bread crumbed products by making a simple adaptation to the conveyor.
The EconoFry runs on any three-phase electrical supply and is operated from a central control panel. As with all elements of the EconoSystem, the EconoFry can be installed successfully as a standalone production unit or as an integral part of a fully automated line, linking battering, breading, or freezing operations.
