The R2200 Former is capable of forming products from small production volumes to larger volumes to meet your specific production needs.
The Deighton Formatic is suitable for a range of textures and consistencies. The synchronised paddles gently presses the mixture into the desired shape. The wire drum scraper helps the product to be smoothly ejected onto the conveyor.
Product Description:
The Deighton machine is capable of completing a single form in one cycle, increasing productivity to 2200 revolutions per hour. If the product fits 2 forms the machine can produce up to 4400 revolutions per hour. The Deighton R series can produce products up to 120mm diameter.
In order to meet your specific production needs, the spiral camera inside the drum allows you to adjust the thickness of your product. The Deighton R2200 is supplied with the standard conveyor belt but can be supplied with the extended 750mm conveyor depending on your spatial capacity and business needs.
The Deighton Burger Former can also be supplied with paper interleaving, a foot pedal, trolley and a variable speed conveyor to help increase productivity and reduce labour costs.
A standard 18 litre hopper is attached to the Deighton machine, Total Food Machines can also supply hoppers up to 200 litres alongside a variety of drums and shapes in order to meet your production requirements.
The Deighton R2200 is easy to clean and maintain, helping reduce labour costs and boost productivity as significant time is not spent cleaning and maintaining the machine.
