A bowl cutter is commonly used for production within meat, fish, poultry, and vegetable chopping and designed to produce small or very small particles.
A bowl cutter consists of a horizontally revolving bowl and a set of curved knives rotating vertically on a horizontal axle at high speed which can be controlled by a PLC controller.
A bowlcutter can be supplied with a loader and unloader for use of ease.
