The R2200/360 series is capable of forming a variety of products including meat, fish, poultry, bakery, ready meals, baby food and pet food. These products can be turned into a range of shapes and sizes to meet your specific production needs.

The R2200/360 Burger Former is capable of forming products from small product volumes to larger volume production, meeting your specific production needs.
The Deighton Formatic is suitable for a range of textures and consistencies. The synchronised paddles gently press the mixture into the desired shape, the wire drum scraper assists the product to be smoothly ejected onto the conveyor, presenting it to the product user safely.
The Deighton machine is capable of completing a single form in one cycle increasing productivity to 2200 forms per hour. If the product fits 2 forms the machine can produce up to 4400 forms per hour.
