The CRM Planus burger former is the ideal machine for a range of manufacturers or factories such as butchers, supermarkets, fishmongers, poultry industry, bakeries and many more food industry manufacturers.
This burger former is capable of forming products from small production volumes to larger volumes to meet your specific manufacturing needs.
The CRM Planus burger former is suitable for a range of textures and consistencies. The synchronised paddles gently press the mixture into the desired shape. The wire drum scraper helps the product to be smoothly ejected onto the conveyor.
The CRM Planus former is capable of producing production rates of 2100 to 6400 burgers per hour, complete with separation sheet. A simple screw regulator permits changes to the weight of the burger, from 70g to 180g.
Different forms can be substituted without the use of tools.
The PLANUS machines are built from AISI 304-grade stainless steel and other alimentary-grade materials in compliance with current European regulations.
All have the "CE" brand.
