This compact automatic machine applies a printed paper or OPP film band securely around each tray, providing valuable space for branding, product information, ingredients, promotional messages and variable data.
Operating at speeds of up to 25 packs per minute, the machine delivers accurate and consistent band positioning while maintaining continuous production. The wrap-around band improves shelf appeal, can provide a tamper-evident seal and uses considerably less packaging material than many conventional cardboard sleeves.
Manufactured from stainless steel and operated through an easy-to-use PLC touchscreen, the machine can be supplied as a standalone unit or integrated with tray sealers, conveyors, date coders, label-verification systems and automatic reject equipment.
