The Toupack 10-Head Multihead Weigher provides an accurate, efficient and cost-effective introduction to automated combination weighing. Ten individual weighing hoppers work together to calculate the best weight combination before discharging a consistent portion into a bagger, pouch machine, tray, container or filling system.
Available with different hopper capacities, the machine can be configured around the product, target weight, required throughput and packaging format. Its hygienic stainless-steel construction, digital weighing technology and colour touchscreen controls make it suitable for demanding food-production environments.
The 10-head configuration is an excellent choice for manufacturers that require greater speed and accuracy than conventional linear weighing while maintaining a compact and economical system. It can operate as an individual filling machine or be integrated into a complete automated weighing and packaging line.
