Top and Bottom Labeller
Specially equipped with top and bottom mounted applicators that simultaneously apply a label to both the top and bottom of a wide range packs ranging from food to pharmaceutical products.
Different sizes are accommodated through the adjustable guide rails.
Castors and threaded levelling feet are installed on the base of the chassis for greater mobility.
Machine can be configured to meet nearly any automatic labeling requirement from simple to an integrated top and bottom labelling system with special split conveyor or high grip belt system to expose the underside of the product for labelling.
FEATURE:
The coloured touch screen control panel allows system settings to be easily and quickly changed using an intuitive operator interface.
Settings can be stored for the most common 30 products for quick recall on product changeovers.
A built-in counter can either run freely keeping track of the number of products labelled or can be used in batch mode where the labeller automatically stops when the desired numbers of products have been labelled.
