Column loader discharge heights
PW 2/250 free-standing types I-VIII: 105-155, 135-185, 155-205, 175-225, 195-245, 215-265, 235-285 and 265-315 cm respectively.
PW 2/600 types I-III: 160-210, 195-245 and 225-275 cm respectively.
PM 2/250 and PW 2/1000 discharge heights must be confirmed for the selected configuration.
Swing loader models
PZ 3/250: motor 0.75 kW; fuse 6 A; supply 230 V 50 Hz or 400 V 50 Hz; net weight 186 kg.
PZ 3/1000: maximum lift 1000 kg; motor 1.5 kW; fuse 10 A; supply 400 V 50 Hz; net weight 475 kg for height type I.
PZ 3/250 standard and PZ 3/250 MV arrangements are shown in the catalogue. The PZ 3/250 lifting capacity must be confirmed by the manufacturer for the specified machine. Discharge height H1 is 118 cm for the standard arrangement and 148 cm for the MV arrangement.
PZ 3/1000 discharge height H1: 113, 130 or 152 cm for types I, II and III respectively.
Features and configuration
Column loaders have a galvanised chain and a mechanical safety brake to protect against trolley descent following chain failure. Accessories include sealing jackets, pressure funnels and strainers.
Left- and right-hand layouts are available as illustrated for the relevant model. Stationary mixer configurations also include the integrated PZ 2/250 loader. Container compatibility, installation height and discharge arrangement must be matched to the receiving equipment.
