Portable stainless-steel tote bin lifter is designed to safely lift and tip standard 200-litre meat bins into mixers, grinders, tumblers, hoppers and other food-processing machinery. It can accommodate both stainless-steel and plastic tote bins, making it a versatile solution for meat, poultry, fish, ready-meal and food-production environments.
The machine raises the tote bin to a tipping height of approximately 2 metres before securely emptying the product into the receiving equipment. Its portable design allows it to be repositioned around the factory and used with different production machines, helping reduce manual handling and improve operator safety. With an overall height of approximately 2.9 metres, it provides a practical solution for transferring meat, ingredients and other bulk food products at elevated discharge points.
