Loma IQ3 and CW3 combination unit provides metal detection and dynamic checkweighing within one compact, stainless-steel system. Designed for food and packaging production lines, it simultaneously inspects products for metal contamination and verifies that every pack meets the required weight.
The integrated design can save valuable production-floor space compared with installing two separate inspection machines. A user-friendly touchscreen provides straightforward operation, while separate rejection stations automatically remove contaminated and incorrect-weight products into secure, lockable reject bins. This reliable inspection system supports strong quality control, traceability and Critical Control Point procedures.
