Single Head Linear Weigher

Single head linear weigher is an entry-level industrial dosing machine designed to measure and dispense precise target weights of free-flowing materials into packaging. It operates sequentially using one dedicated load cell and vibratory feeding channel to route material from a main storage hopper directly into a single weigh pan.

How It Works

Bulk Feeding: Raw material is placed into the top intake hopper.
Vibratory Transport: A vibratory pan moves the product forward in a controlled stream toward the weigh hopper.
Dribble Feeding: As the target weight approaches, the vibration slows down (coarse to fine flow adjustment) to avoid overfilling.
Discharge: Once the load cell hits the exact weight, the weigh hopper gates open via a foot pedal (semi-automatic) or a synchronised signal to an automated bagger (fully automatic)
