Flowcooker TSFK 400 EG + Cooling
The Flow Cooker TSFK 400 EG + Cooling is designed for the batch cooking and subsequent cooling of a
wide range of pasta products and vegetables. The system consists of a cooking bath and a cooling bath,
both equipped with automatic baskets for efficient product handling.
Both baths feature a hydrodynamic circulation system and a pulsating air injection system, keeping the
product and process water in constant motion. This ensures excellent heat transfer, uniform product
treatment, and consistent product quality while handling the product gently throughout the process.
The overall dimensions of the complete machine are 1650 × 2200 × 1050 mm.
Cooking Bath:
Capacity: 400 litres.
Electrically heated with built-in steam generator, 39.6 kW.
Double-jacketed kettle design. The jacket contains water which is heated by electric heating elements to
generate steam. The steam provides efficient and uniform heating of the kettle.
Maximum steam pressure in the jacket: 1.4 bar (126.3 °C).
Equipped with a hydrodynamic circulation system and a pulsating air injection system to keep both the
product and the process water in constant motion, ensuring excellent heat transfer and uniform product
treatment.
