The Rex UFM300-6 Universal Forming Machine is an advanced solution for efficiently producing both homemade burgers and meatballs. This versatile machine allows quick switching between burger and meatball production by simply changing the forming head.
The UFM300-6 accurately portions burger patties and places them onto the conveyor belt, where they are pressed by the form belt to ensure perfect consistency. A built-in water spraying system helps prevent product sticking to the conveyor, ensuring smooth operation.
In addition, the UFM300-6 offers the flexibility to shape meatballs in various sizes by changing the form roller heads. It is capable of processing a wide range of ingredients, including meat, potatoes, bread, and vegetables.
