Brine Mixer to prepare, cool and store brine solutions for the injection of poultry, meat and fish products.

The Brine Mixer is quick for producing brine it can also be used for mixing powders into brine or other products.

The Brine Mixer can be supplied with cooling system and can also be supplied with an electronic controller for brine/mixing preparation.

The Metalbud Nowicki BM1000 Brine Mixer is equipped with a CIP system.

Rotary heads ensure thorough cleaning is done on the inside of the machine.
